Overview

The Navigation Bar on CX Fabric is located on the left side of the screen and provides access to the platform’s core functionalities, allowing you to build, manage, analyze, and administer workflows and integrations. Here’s an overview of what each section offers:

Navigation Panel

Home

The Home page serves as your dashboard, offering an overview of recent activities, subscription details, and quick links to documentation and other key features.

Workspace

The Workspace section allows you to create, manage, and modify workflows, schedules, connectors, and integrations in one place.

  • Flows – Create new workflows or manage existing ones.

  • Schedules – Define and adjust workflow execution schedules.

  • Connectors – Build and manage integrations with external systems.

  • Integrations – Set up and modify integrations for seamless data flow.

Analytics

The Analytics section provides insight into workflow and connector performance through visual charts and logs.

  • General: Displays charts for Workflow Counts, Workflow Status, Connector Counts, Connector Status, and Success/Fail Rates for workflows and connectors. The graphs and charts help track performance trends.

  • Logs: Allows you to review Audit, Console, and Execution logs for detailed insight into operations and troubleshooting.

Administration

The Administration section is where you manage your organization, billing, user roles, and permissions:

  • Company: Manage your company details, including updating your company logo or picture.

  • Billing: Manage payment details and review billing history.

  • Users: Manage the users in your organization.

  • Subscription Plans: View and manage your subscription plan.

  • Roles and Permissions: Assign roles and manage user permissions across the platform.

  • Credential Management: Securely create, store, and manage credentials for various apps and services within CX Fabric.

Help

Provides access to support resources and documentation:

  • Documentation: Links to the official CX Fabric user guide to assist with platform use.

  • Support: Direct access to the support portal for troubleshooting and inquiries.

  • Contact: Links to the CX Fabric Contact Us page for further assistance.

The menu items displayed in the Navigation bar, as well as the available features within the CX Fabric application, are strictly determined by your roles' permissions. This means that you will only have visibility and access to the menu items and features that are specifically authorized based on your assigned roles.
