Schedules

The Schedules section in CX Fabric provides a visual calendar interface to manage all your scheduled workflows efficiently. This section allows you to view upcoming schedules, create new ones, and manage existing schedules with ease.

Calendar Overview

Upon accessing the Schedules section, you’ll see a calendar layout displaying your scheduled events. You can navigate between months by clicking the left and right arrows at the top of the calendar.

Schedule Recurrence Indicators

The calendar visually represents the recurrence of schedules through color-coded tiles:

• Non-Recurring Schedules: Displayed in Green, indicating that the schedule will execute only once.

• Recurring Schedules: Displayed in Purple, indicating that the schedule will execute multiple times based on the defined recurrence settings.

• Paused/Disabled Schedules: Displayed in Gray, indicationg that the schedule is currently inactive and will not execute until reactivated.

Viewing Upcoming Events

On the right side of the calendar, a list of upcoming events will be displayed. This provides a quick overview of all scheduled flows that are set to execute soon.

Managing Schedules

When you select a specific schedule, you can perform the following actions:

• Edit: Modify the details of the selected schedule.

• Delete : Remove the schedule from the calendar.

• Enable or Disable : Activate or temporarily deactivate the schedule without deleting it.

By utilizing these options, you can efficiently manage your scheduled workflows, ensuring they align with your operational needs and timelines.

NOTE

The available features and actions within the Schedules page are strictly determined by your roles' permissions. This means that you will only have visibility and access what is specifically authorized based on your assigned role.
